From 1980

Sistemi Operativi was founded in 1980 by a number of professors of the Department of Economics at the Cà Foscari University in Venice and professionals already active in the sector. The company operates on the basis of teams constituted according to the distinctive peculiarities of the project and to the demands of the client. In over two decades of activity, Sistemi Operativi has catered to the needs of a great number of clients - public corporations and private-owned enterprises - in the field of economics as applied to transport, territory, environment and tourism.

The company and the University

This setup is made possible by the strong links that bind the company, since its origins, to the Department of Economics of the University of Venice, links which have subsequently extended to the Venice University Institute for Architecture, the University of Padua, the Department of Economics of the University of Tor Vergata in Rome and the Free University of Bolzano. Thanks to its organic links to the university environment, Sistemi Operativi can guarantee organizational flexibility and speed of execution, together with elevated technical-scientific standards.
